Some Vinyl work at Work!

I installed an older version of the "Sure Cuts A Lot" program on my laptop so we could get our program logos cut out with the Cricut.

IBBC & IBCL stands for Itty Bitty Basketball and Itty Bitty Cheerleading, our program for kindergarten kids.

This is the program we use for 1st - 7th graders.  We love how these turned out!  Lots of projects rolling around in our heads now!

29 Again?

This week at The Outlawz Twisted Thursday our theme is Anything Goes with the twist "Anything Goes".  We are sponsored this month by

I thought this was a really fun digi to play with!

I've colored it with Spctrum Noir pens, the background paper is from The paper Studio.

Thes fun ballons are plastic and have been in my stash for years!  HONEST! I've got to use some of this stuff I've been "saving".

This is part of a Stampabilities stamp.  There's an image on the stamp, too.

Come on over and join in the fun!

Froggie Fashionista!

Our theme is the "Facets of Crafting" at Tuesday Throwdown this week.   Use gems, sequins, etc, as long as it is faceted!  We are sponsored by

http://adayfordaisies.com/stamps/A Day For Daisies provides themed categories of over 1000 digital illustrations and a fast growing line of new clear polymer, including fairy tales and magical mermaids, cutie kids, vintage illustrations, sentiments and lovely designs for all occasions! Now enjoy your favorite A Day For Daisies images in clear polymer!
I fell in love with this CUTE image called "Froggie Divine"!

Now how fun is that frog?!?!  Can't you think of just dozens of funny sentiments to use?

I immediately thought of the "Fashionable Friends" stamp set I have from KAndrews.   Inside I  used a stamp from Hero Arts.
I liked this image so much I colored her in blue, too.

I mounted the image on a piece of burlap from a fun pad of colored burlap I bought at Hobby Lobby.  Inside this one I hand wrote "Yeah, me Neither!  Happy Birthday Anyway"!"  I made this one for a friend who, like me, wears jeans and boots all the time.  We've joked about staying on top of fashion trends, just not taking part in them!  So I thought this was perfect!
Thanks for stopping in, I hope you enjoyed these as much as I enjoyed making them!

Tiger Striped Valentine!

Hello again!  It's time for another challenge at My Sheri Crafts!  This time DT sister Sandy is prepping for Valentine's Day and asked us to include at least one heart on our projects.  So here is mine:

This is a cut from the Cricut cartridge "Lovestruck".

This pic shows the glitter added to parts of the heart.  You know when you run your diecut through the Xyron sticker maker and it usually has some adhesive stretched out between the smaller cuts?  I usually take a rubber eraser to it, but then sometimes I just dump glitter on it!  Problem solved!

Cme on over to MSC and join us on this super easy challenge and check out the awesome inspiration from the rest of the team!

"Lovely As A Tree" challenge

This week at The Outlawz Twisted Thursday our theme is Anything Goes with the twist "Lovely as a Tree".  We are sponsored this month by

I thought I would use background paper with trees, but didn't find anything I wanted for this image, so I used paper with beautiful, sparkly tree leaves!

Then I decided I didn't want just a regular shaped card, but didn't want just an oval card either.  So I split the difference!  LOL  It kind of looks like a great big "D"!  But I added part of a doilie and some blue lace and I like it o.k.  :)

Come on over to The Outlawz and check out all the challenges over there..one for every day of the week!  But please be sure to join us at Twisted Thursday!

Etched Drinking Glasses

I made some etched drinking glass sets for Christmas gifts this year!    I have a really hard time getting good pictures of glass etchings, so I hope you can see the design.

This design I got from a freebie online coloring page.

This one is from the Cricut cartridge "Team Spirit".

I made each of them a set of four.  They were a pretty good hit!

Thanks for stopping by!

Tuesday Throwdown Sketch Challenge

We have a sketch this week at Tuesday Throwdown!  It's a fun, super easy one, but a great base for fantastic cards!

Our sponsor this week is

I've used their image "Everyday Mikala Ann" for my card:

She's colored with Sprectrum Noir pens and mounted on a Silhouette circle cut.  I cut it twice and popped up one set from the other.  The banners are also Silhouette cuts and the stamp is from KAndrews.  A few gems complete the sketch and there you go!

I hope you'll head over to Tuesday Throwdown and check out all the great inspiration there and then throwdown with us!

Thanks for stopping by!

Snowflake card

My Sheri Crafts is back from our break!  It was so nice to enjoy the holiday break, but we are excited to be back with our first challenge of 2015!  Sheri herself is hosting this challenge and she's chosen "Let It Snow - Create a project that includes a snowflake!"  Easy Peasy, right?

I found this beautiful card cut on the Cricut Winter Woodland cartridge.  The under lay cut is white glitter paper,  With a simple strip of white shimmer ribbon and a snowflake brad, it's done!

I haven't put anything inside yet, because this card could be used for ANYTHING!  So I'm waiting to see what I need first.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you'll join us!

Cherish The Memories

It's time for another challenge at The Outlawz.  Our sponsor this month is

As always, our challenge is Anything Goes With a Twist.  This week's twist is
"Gatefold Card".

Now Gatefolds are something I very rarely do, but really like.  Wonder why I don't do them more often?  Anyway, I made one this week with this image from Bugaboo.  I really love this image because it's so easy to color, or you could use it black and white and it's beautiful either way.

I typed up the sentiment on my computer and then cut it out on my Cricut with a cut from "Cricut Font and Basic Shapes".

I used all scraps on this card, except for the card base!  I love it when I get a lot of those scraps used up!

Come on over to The Outlawz Twisted Thursday and see all the beautiful inspiration there.  Be sure to join in and add your card to the inklinz for a chance at some great prizes!

Christmas Candle

Hi!  I just wanted to share my first pillar candle I decorated!  This was so fun and super easy!  I cut a strip of burlap and a piece of lace, hot-glued them on, then glued on some burlap poinsettias I bought at Hobby Lobby.  I also added a piece of brown twine for a little bow.

I just love how it turned out!  I needed something for a door prize and a meeting, so I whipped this up!  Then I decided to make some as gifts.  I'll share more of them later!

A Little Bird Told Me...
